The Conservatory
The Conservatory Bar is a wonderful room for the more intimate party. The max capacity of the room is 50 but remember that not everybody will be arriving at once to your party and it leads to a better party being cosy rather than swimming in space. Groups of 15 do not feel out of place in here. As the name implies it is a conservatory with bare brick walls. Great in both summer and winter - the temperature and smoke is regulated with large fans. The glass roof and walls mean this is a lovely place for that soirée under the stars without having to rely on British weather!
As with the Brick Bar, there is the full DJ kit and the hire charge for this is £50, or alternatively you can plug in your ipod. Despite not having a designated dance floor, with the help of a good DJ, the whole bar starts to bounce with the party vibe, with the funky movers strutting their stuff opposite the DJ! You are free to bring your own DJ or we can provide one for you. We have the full spectrum from cheesy to funk, pop to dance.
The bar is fully stocked with high-end spirits and our full wine list, and we can tailor our cocktail list to suit your party at no added cost.
There is no hire charge for the room and we have set the minimum spends low (£500) so the party gal or guy can enjoy their night! There is a £200 deposit payable on booking which acts as a holding and damage deposit. If £500 is not taken over the night then you will be given the choice of purchasing booze for your after-party up to the missing value or having the balance taken from your deposit. The deposit will be refunded direct to your bank account within 3 - 5 working days. There is a lower min spend for weekday nights.
The Conservatory Bar is also available for corporate meetings and any general use at very competitive rates. We like to tailor the costs to your needs so please ring us and speak to our events manager or one of the management team in the bar for a quote.
